Delivery methods for bus parts:

Choose the delivery method that is most convenient for you—we offer several options:

• Poczta Polska - the advantage of this option is that even if you miss the Pocztex postman or courier, your parcel will wait for you at your local post office for another 7 days.
  
  
  
  
• InPost parcel locker - collect your parcel at any time from the parcel locker you selected.
  Need a bus part at the weekend? InPost also offers weekend delivery!
  
  
  
  
• DHL BOX- is a DHL BOX closer to you? No problem—your parcel can also be sent this way.
  Enter the BOX address in your order and we will send the part for your bus to the specified address.
  
  
  
  
• Courier delivery - you can choose your preferred courier company and let us know that you would like your parcel to be delivered by DHL, DPD or FedEx. Please inform us when placing your order. Parcels containing bus parts are usually dispatched by 3:00 p.m.
  
   
  
  
• Personal collection - our advantage is that we have all bus parts in stock on site, so you can collect them in person from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on working days and from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Saturdays.
  
  
  
  
• PLEASE NOTE: if your bus has broken down and you need to collect a part outside our opening hours, at the weekend or on a public holiday, call or write to us at 500 600 711—we will try to arrange the collection of the part you need outside our opening hours.
  
  
• Oversized shipments - bus parts whose dimensions exceed the standard limits of courier companies are shipped on EURO pallets.
  
  
• Delivery to the customer- there is nothing to prevent us from delivering the bus parts you order from us. This is a paid service, with the price agreed individually depending on the delivery location and the related costs. For larger orders, delivery by car is often cheaper and faster than shipping on pallets. For such orders, please contact us by phone: 500 600 711.

Fast dispatch times:

• Orders placed on a working day by 1:00 p.m. are dispatched on the same day. Pocztex parcels dispatched by 4:00 p.m. usually reach the customer on the next working day (oversized or non-standard parcels take two days).
• Courier shipments, including boxes and parcel lockers, also reach our customers within one working day; the dispatch time of the parcel containing the part for your bus is decisive. If you need fast delivery of the bus part you ordered, mention this in your order and we will advise you which courier to choose so that the parcel arrives the next day.

Other delivery methods:

• Do you have another idea for delivering or collecting the parts ordered for your bus? Let us know. It often happens that someone collects the parts while passing through, or our customers take a break nearby (MOYA Podanin, McDonald's Chodzież), in which case we deliver the ordered parts to the bus that is taking a break.
