All bus parts presented in our offer are physically available from us. We do not offer virtual goods — everything is in stock on site.

PERSONAL PICK-UP: is available during the following hours:
- Monday to Friday, 06:00–15:00
- On other days and outside working hours, ordered parts for your bus can be collected by prior arrangement.


SHIPPING depends on the time the order is placed:
- For parts ordered before noon, we try to dispatch them on the same day (on business days).
- Bus parts ordered after 12:00 may be dispatched to the customer on the same day, but you should assume that the parcel will be sent the following day.


BULKY SHIPMENTS – large bus parts:
Shipments requiring a pallet, are collected by the courier 1 or 2 days after the order is placed.


Goods made or sourced to order: the processing time is as stated in the description of the relevant product.
